Sign up for Services

Schedule your Cleanup
Once you’ve signed up, a Winn It team member will be in touch to schedule your initial cleanup and ensure a smooth, easy start.

Set up Customer Portal
Once you sign up, you’ll have access to your customer portal, and a Winn It representative will connect with you to walk you through the entire process.

Attach Payment Method
All billing is processed on the 1st of each month, prior to services being provided. To make things easy, customers can set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once AutoPay is in place, Winn It will generate your invoice and email a receipt for your records, with all billing details also available in your customer portal.
Because our services are provided weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payment is required before the first scheduled cleanup of the month to remain on the service schedule. If you ever have questions or need assistance, our team is happy to help.

What to Expect On Your Service Day
On service day, expect professional and timely service from our dedicated Winn It team, ensuring a clean yard every time.
Safety Procedures
Once your yard is clean and waste-free, your Winn It technician will take and upload a photo of your closed gate to help ensure your dogs remain safely contained. Our team will then sanitize all scooping equipment using an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to help prevent the spread of germs and illness, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for every dog we serve.
Pet Waste Disposal
Depending on your location and local regulations, you may choose for your pooper scooper to either double-bag the pet waste and place it in your trash can, or haul it away for proper off-site disposal.
Arrival Notification
Our friendly Winn It technicians will send a 30-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. You don’t need to be home during your appointment—just ensure our team has easy access to the cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs are left in the yard. This helps us provide a safe, smooth, and efficient service for everyone.
Cleaning your yard
Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and get to work removing all pet waste from your yard. Winn It team members are trained to follow a systematic route designed to minimize missed areas, and they will walk your yard multiple times to ensure it’s thoroughly cleaned and free of any leftover waste.
